Reliance Digital product return policy, in how many days can I return product

Reliance Digital retail return policy – for products other than mobiles, cameras, tablet and laptop.
If I purchase a product from Reliance Digital and product is damaged in 7 days then how can I do replace, Reliance Digital.

  1. If the product is not working within 7 days of purchase we will take back the product it and give a new product.
  2. The product has to be returned in original packing condition along with all the accessories.
  3. There will be no Return of any product purchased under any promotion scheme or discount or where the invoice is specifically mentioned “no replacement”.
  4. Original invoice copy and delivery challan are required to be submitted along with request for replacement.
  5. RDRL reserves its right to ask the customer for identification.
  6. Other terms and service condition are displayed at the store apply.
  7. All dispute are subject to Mumbai jurisdiction.
